We had another great and busy day at camp! We started our day with breakfast and once we were all full and ready to go we played a fun game of Bucket Ball all together before dividing into teams to rotate between our social skills lesson on Teamwork, arts and crafts and field games! We paused only for a quick snack and then we were all very excited for some more Goldeye programming. Today we had the opportunity to do Archery and a variety of low ropes activities which lead us right into lunch which was perfect timing since we had all worked up an appetite. After fuelling up we enjoyed some free choice time, today campers got to choose between kickball, cabin time, socializing or prepping for the talent show! Once we had all had some time to relax we played a really fun game called Relay Adventure, in this game campers had to lead a blindfolded counsellor through an obstacle course which really encouraged teamwork and communication. Then we took advantage of our wild surroundings and headed into the forest for some fort building, I was so impressed by the creativity and teamwork campers used to build their forts! Dinner time arrived so we went inside to eat and rest a little before playing an other round of Manhunt since it was a camp favourite this week and we had to play it again! As bedtime approached we settled in for camp fire where we sang, laughed a lot and awarded the spirit award. We were all pretty tired from our big day so we headed to our cabins to get some well deserved shuteye.
We are all really looking forward to our last full day together with even more fun things planned!
